How can I make my payment?
Adorn Wedding Invitations accepts payments via credit card or PayPal. We do require a full payment upon ordering, however nothing will be printed until you view your digital proofs, and make your final approval.
Can I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order before you receive any digital proofs from our designers, then we will process a full refund for you. However, if you cancel your order after our designers have started working on your order, and sent you digital proofs, then we will charge you a £25.00 cancellation fee, and refund your remaining amount.
Any cancellations that are made after we have started printing your order will unfortunately not receive any refunds.
Adorn Wedding Invitations take our customers’ privacy very seriously! All of your personal details and information will be kept 100% confidential, and will only ever be sent to a third party with your permission.

Can I get a refund or reprint?
Adorn Wedding Invitations will always offer a full refund for any orders that are cancelled before our designers have sent any digital proofs back to you. If the order is cancelled at a later date then Adorn will charge a £25.00 cancellation fee, and refund your remaining amount.
If Adorn Wedding Invitations is at fault for any production or design errors (such as printing something different from your approved artwork), we will always offer a refund or reprint for our mistake!
Please keep in mind that the Adorn team take NO RESPONSIBILITY for any spelling, grammar or punctuation mistakes (unless they are different from what you provided us with), so please ensure that you check all of the wording and information that you supply us with very carefully!
For this reason we always recommend taking your time whilst inspecting your digital proofs, because once you have made your final approval we are unable to make any changes to your order and do not take responsibility for any written errors.
